Common use of Level Three Clause in Contracts

Level Three. 16.3.3.1 If the grievance is not resolved at Level Two within 10 days after the submission of the grievance at Level Two, the grievant may request that the Association submit the grievance to advisory arbitration. The Association shall notify the Superintendent in writing within 15 days after the receipt of the request from the grievant that the grievance has been submitted for arbitration.
