Common use of Level Three Clause in Contracts

Level Three. If grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two or if no written decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within five (5) school days after the written decision at Level Two.

Level Three. a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two Two, or if no written decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievanceLevel Two meeting with the grievant or twelve (12) school days after the grievance was filed at Level Two, the grievant may file appeal the grievance in writing with to the Superintendent within five (5) school days after the written decision at Level Twodays.

Level Three. a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two Two, or if no written decision has been rendered within five ten (510) school days after presentation of the grievance, the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within five (5) school working days after the written grievance was delivered to the Principal, the grievant may, within ten (10) working days after receipt of the decision or the date the decision was due at Level Two, submit the grievance to the Chief School Administrator.

Level Three. If grievant a grievance is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance resolved at Level Two Two, or if no written decision has been rendered within five ten (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within five (510) school days after the written decision at Level Twogrievance was delivered to the chief school administrator, whichever is sooner, submit the grievance in writing to the Board of Education, which will advise the employee with the said grievance of its disposition of the matter in writing within thirty (30) school days of receipt of the said grievance.

Level Three. (a) If grievant the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level Two level two, or if no written decision has been rendered within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, he may file a grievance. If the grievant may aggrieved person chooses to file a grievance, he must file it in writing simultaneously with the President of the Association and file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent Director of Special Education within five (5) school days after the written decision at Level Twolevel two, or 15 school days after the grievance was presented, whichever is sooner.

Level Three. If grievant the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level Two Two, or if no written decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at this step, he may file the grievance within five (5) school days after presentation receipt of the grievance, the grievant may file disposition of the grievance by principal with the Superintendent. In the event that the principal does not have the authority to make the decision or have authority over the decision-maker the grievance shall be initiated in writing with the Superintendent at Level Three within five fifteen (515) school days after the written decision at Level Twogrievant should have reasonably known of the event which occasioned the grievance.

Level Three. If grievant the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the his grievance at Level Two Two, or if no written decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after presentation of the grievance at this step, he may file the grievance within five (5) school days after presentation of the grievance, the grievant may file the grievance in writing thereafter with the Superintendent within five (5) school days after or Business Administrator, as the written decision at Level Twocase may be.
