Level Two - Executive Director of Human Resources. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the principal/immediate supervisor, any party in interest may appeal the principal’s/immediate supervisor’s decision to the Executive Director of Human Resources on forms provided by the School District and the Association. The appeal shall include a copy of the Level One decision and the grounds for regarding the decision as incorrect. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the appeal, the Executive Director of Human Resources shall communicate a decision in writing to all parties in interest. The decision shall include supporting reasons therefor.
