Level V – Appeal to the Board. 11.3.6.1 If either party is not satisfied with the decision at Level IV, it may file a written appeal with the Board of Trustees within ten (10) days. 11.3.6.2 The Board shall hear the matter and render a written decision as soon as practicable. The decision of the Board shall be final and binding.
