Liability of Members Generally. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or the Act, no Member shall be obligated to make any contribution of capital or any payment to the Company or have any liability for the debts and obligations of the Company.

Liability of Members Generally. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement and/or the Act, no Member (or former Member) shall be obligated to make any contribution of capital (or lend any funds) to the Company. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Act (and without limitation of any capital contribution obligations expressly specified in this Agreement and/or the Act), no Member (or former Member) shall have any liability for the debts and/or obligations of, or any obligation to make any capital contribution or loan to, the Company. This Section 3.6 is in furtherance of, and not in limitation of, Section 18-303(a) of the Act. For avoidance of doubt, in the event that, from time to time after the Effective Date, the Company or any Subsidiary is required to provide credit support in the form of one or more letters of credit, guarantees, equity commitment letters or other similar instruments or agreements to support obligations under any Project Document (a “Support Obligation”), no Member shall be obligated to provide any such Support Obligation unless agreed to by that Member.
