LIABILITY PROTECTION AND INSURANCE. The Museum is not covered under the Government’s protection program. The Museum will purchase third party liability insurance coverage to protect itself against claims that might arise from anything done or omitted to be done by the Museum or its trustees, officers, employees and from anything done or omitted to be done where bodily or personal injury, death or property damage, including loss of use thereof, is caused. LIABILITY PROTECTION AND INSURANCE. The Museum Commission needs to obtain insurance and liability protection as the Commission is not covered under the Government’s protection program. The Museum will purchase program for claims by third party liability insurance coverage to protect itself against claims that might arise from anything done or omitted to be done by the Museum or its trustees, officers, employees and from anything done or omitted to be done where parties for bodily or personal injury, death or property damage, including loss personal injury and advertising liability.
