LIABILITY PROTECTION AND INSURANCE. Science North is not covered under the Government’s protection program. Science North purchases third party liability insurance coverage to protect itself against claims that might arise from anything done or omitted to be done by Science North or its directors, officers, employees or agents from anything done or omitted to be done where bodily injury, death or property damage is caused.
