Common use of Liberalization Clause Clause in Contracts

Liberalization Clause. If, after the issuance of this Policy and before its expiration, there be adopted and published for use in this Province by the Company any forms, endorsements or rules by which the insurance provided by this Policy could be extended or broadened without additional premium charge, either by endorsement or substitution of form, then, as to loss occurring after the effective date of such adoption and publication, such extended or broadened insurance shall inure to the benefit of the Insured hereunder as though such endorsement or substitution of form had been made. This policy is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein together with such other terms and conditions as may be endorsed hereon or added hereto. No term or condition of this policy shall be deemed to be waived in whole or in part by the Insurer unless the waiver is clearly expressed in writing, signed by a person authorized for that purpose by the Insurer.
