LICENCE FEE AND OTHER FEES AND CHARGES. 5.1.1 The Licensee shall pay the Licensor a monthly Licence Fee of Singapore Dollars (S$ ) (excluding GST) for the First Term and such further term(s) as determined under Clause 3.2 of these General Conditions. Payments are to be made without demand on or before the 1st day of each month within the First Term.

  • Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.
