Licence from employees of Contractor. The Contractor hereby warrants that it shall obtain from its employees and grant to the Principal an exclusive licence ot use the personal Intelectual Property rights pertaining to the Documentation. The licence shall be valid for the time period the Intellectual Property is under legal protection.
