LICENCE TO OCCUPY. 2.1 You are entitled to occupy the Accommodation provided that you comply with the terms of this Agreement. 2.2 You shall occupy the Accommodation as a licensee and no relationship of landlord and tenant is created between the Licensor and the Licensee by this Agreement. 2.3 An inventory will be prepared by the Licensor prior to your occupation. You have 3 days from occupation in which to raise any queries about the contents of the inventory. Your silence will be taken as your agreement to the contents of the inventory. The inventory will be relied on by the Licensor when you move out of the Accommodation.
