Common use of Licences and Permits Clause in Contracts

Licences and Permits. 29.1 Each Participant is responsible for obtaining all necessary licences and permits to use live music, photographs or other copyrighted material in their Exhibition Space or display or uploaded to IAL’s website. No Participant will be permitted to play, broadcast or have performed any live music or use any other copyrighted material, such as photographs or other artistic works, without the appropriate licence or permit to use such live music or copyrighted material. 29.2 Show Management reserves the right to remove from the Exhibition Venue or IAL’s website all or any part of any Exhibition Space, display or material which incorporates live music, imagery, photographs or other copyrighted or trademarked material and for which the Participant fails to produce proof that the Participant holds all required licences. 29.3 The Participant shall remain liable for and shall indemnify and hold IAL and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees, harmless from all loss, cost, claims, causes of action, suits, damages, liability, expenses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or out of any violation or infringement (or claimed violation or infringement) by the Participant, Participant’s agents or employees of
