License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to SFDC and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, disclose, and make and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of SFDC’s or its Affiliates’ services.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Xxxxxx and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license to use and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of Xxxxxx’x or its Affiliates’ services.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Aforza and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of Aforza’s or its Affiliates’ services.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Copado and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license to use and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of Xxxxxx’x or its Affiliates’ services.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Intuit and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the Services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation or use of the Services. With respect to Users who are students, who may provide Feedback, any Personal Data contained therein, shall be subject to Section 7.3.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Builder and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, distribute, disclose, and make and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction, or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of Builder’s or its Affiliates’ services.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to Talkdesk and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license to use and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Authorized Users relating to the operation of Talkdesk’s or its Affiliates’ business, including but not limited to its Services, implementation of the Services, Third-Party Content, and Marketplace. Talkdesk may use de-identified, aggregated Customer Data for the purpose of maintaining or improving the Services or Marketplace.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. You grant to Us and Our Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into Our and/or Our Affiliates’ services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by You or Users relating to the operation of Our or Our Affiliates’ services.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer grants to PARSABLE and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license to use and incorporate into its services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Customer or Users relating to the operation of PARSABLE’s Service.
License by Customer to Use Feedback. Customer hereby unconditionally and irrevocably transfers and assigns to CrowdEngine any rights Customer may have to any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information that Customer sends to CrowdEngine relating to Customer's suggestions regarding improving, modifying or changing the Subscription Services (“Feedback"). All Feedback will be deemed unconditionally and irrevocably assigned by Customer to CrowdEngine from the moment of submission and/or delivery to CrowdEngine. Accordingly, CrowdEngine will be irrevocably entitled to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast, license, perform, post, sell, translate, create derivative works from and distribute any Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, in any medium now known or hereafter devised, without compensation or credit to the provider of the Feedback. Customer also gives up any claim that any use by CrowdEngine or its licensees or licensors of any Feedback violates any of Customer rights, including but not limited to moral rights, privacy rights, rights to publicity, proprietary or other rights, or rights to credit for the material or ideas set forth therein.
