Common use of License by Subscriber to Use Feedback Clause in Contracts

License by Subscriber to Use Feedback. Subscriber grants Prevalent a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into the Services any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Subscriber or Users relating to the operation of the Services but on an anonymized basis and without identification or attribution to Subscriber.

License by Subscriber to Use Feedback. The Subscriber hereby grants Prevalent Consist a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free free, fully paid-up, transferable, non-exclusive license to use use, copy, modify, distribute and incorporate into the Services Software any suggestion, enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback provided by Subscriber or Users relating to the operation Software ("Suggestions"). Consist may utilize the information concerning Subscriber’s use of the Services but on an anonymized basis Software to improve Consist’s products and without identification services. Consist will solely own products and services developed by or attribution to Subscriberfor Consist from such Suggestions.
