Common use of License Fees and Taxes Clause in Contracts

License Fees and Taxes. Tenant shall pay all taxes and assessments of whatever character levied upon or charged against the interest of Xxxxxx, if any, created by this Agreement in the Premises or upon works, buildings, improvements or other property thereof, or upon Xxxxxx's operations hereunder. Tenant shall also pay all license and permit fees required for the conduct of its operations hereunder. Any sums due and owing to City by Tenant under this Subsection 118.13, or paid by City on Tenant’s behalf shall be deemed Additional Rent.
