Common use of License for Deliverables Clause in Contracts

License for Deliverables. Upon payment of fees due under an applicable SOW or Order Form, Company grants Subscriber a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to copy, maintain, use and run (as applicable) solely for its internal business purposes associated with its use of Company’s Services any Deliverables created by Company solely for Subscriber under this Agreement. Company and Subscriber each retain all right, title and interest in their respective Intellectual Property and Company retains all ownership rights in the Deliverables.
