License Issuance and Renewal. The Department shall issue new municipal privilege tax licenses and shall annually renew such licenses for City/Town Municipal Tax. The Department shall provide City/Town with information about all persons obtaining and renewing municipal privilege tax licenses as set forth in Appendix B of this Agreement.
