Common use of License Issue Fee Clause in Contracts

License Issue Fee. Licensee shall pay to The Regents a license issue fee of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) within fifteen (15) days of the Effective Date. This fee is non-refundable, non- cancelable and is not an advance or otherwise creditable against any payments required to be paid under the terms of this Agreement.

Licensee shall pay to The Regents a one-time license issue fee of thirty-five fifteen thousand dollars ($35,00015,000) within fifteen ten (1510) business days of the Effective Date. This fee is nonrefundable, non-refundable, non- cancelable and is not an advance or otherwise creditable against any royalties or other payments required to be paid under the terms of this Agreementhereunder.

License Issue Fee. 5.1 The Licensee shall pay to The Regents a license issue fee of thirtyforty-five thousand dollars ($35,00045,000), of which twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) has already been paid to The Regents and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) shall be due and payable to The Regents within fifteen thirty (1530) days of the Effective DateDate of this Agreement. This fee is non-refundable, non- non-cancelable and is not an advance or otherwise creditable against any royalties or other payments required to be paid under the terms of this Agreement.

License Issue Fee. The Licensee shall will pay to The Regents a license issue fee of thirty-five twenty thousand dollars ($35,00020,000) within fifteen seven (157) days of the Effective Date. This fee is non-refundable, non- non-cancelable and is not an advance advance, or otherwise creditable creditable, against any other payments required to be paid under the terms of this Agreement.

This fee is non refundable, non-refundable, non- cancelable and is not an advance or otherwise creditable against any royalties or other payments required to be paid under the terms of this Agreement. 5.2 If the Licensee does not close the Qualified Financing within six (6) months of the Effective Date, this Agreement may be terminated by The Regents subject to Article 14 (Termination by The Regents).
