Common use of LICENSE OF SONY MATERIALS AND PLAYER Clause in Contracts

LICENSE OF SONY MATERIALS AND PLAYER. Subject to the rights ------------------------------------ granted by Sony to Licensee hereunder, all rights with respect to the Sony Materials and Player, including, without limitation, all of Sony's Intellectual Property Rights therein, are and shall be the exclusive property of Sony. Nothing herein shall give Licensee any right, title or interest in or to the Sony Materials or the Player (or any portion thereof), other than the non- exclusive license and privilege during the term hereof to use the Sony Materials and Player for the development of the Executable Software solely in accordance with the provisions of this License Agreement. Licensee shall not do or cause to be done any act or thing contesting or in any way impairing or tending to impair any of Sony's rights, title, and/or interests in or to the Sony Materials or the Player (or any portion thereof).
