License Personal. User may not let any other party tie into or use the HVAC Equipment or the HVAC Equipment Area. The rights granted herein are personal to User and may not be assigned without the prior written consent of Owner, except for an assignment made pursuant to the Lease. Any other attempted assignment by User without Owner's prior written consent shall be null and void. This Agreement and the rights of Owner to any payments under this Agreement are assignable by Owner, and from and after the time User receives notice of an assignment by Owner, User shall pay Owner's assignee directly.
License Personal. This License granted herein is personal to the Licensees.
License Personal. The license herein granted is personal to ARCO and to its environmental consultant, Xxxxxxxxx, and the privileges appurtenant thereto shall not inure to ARCO’s transferees, successors or assigns and any purported transfer or assignment of the license hereby gramted shall be void.

The Equipment shall be solely for the use of Tenant. ---------------- Tenant is specifically prohibited from selling, reselling, or distributing services associated with the Equipment to a third party. This License is personal to Xxxxx.xxx and shall not be transferable or assignable, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either in connection with an assignment of the Lease, or a sublease of all or part of the Premises, or otherwise to any person or entity other than an Affiliate which is an assignee of the Lease which has satisfied the requirements of Subsections 10.01(e) and (f) of this Lease, and such Affiliate may exercise the right without Tenant joining in or consenting to such exercise, and notwithstanding any provision of the Lease to the contrary, Tenant shall remain liable for all obligations under the Lease, including those resulting from any such exercise with the same force and effect as if Tenant had joined in such exercise. Provided however, so long as Tenant or an Affiliate meeting the requirements above exercises the option and performs all obligations of Tenant with respect to this right, then Tenant or such Affiliate may allow any other Affiliate to use the Equipment, provided further that such use is merely incidental to the use of the space in the applicable Building. Any purported transfer or assignment of this License except as expressly provided above shall be void and a material default under this Lease.
License Personal. This license does not permit SAVVIS to authorize anyone else to use the Facilities.
