Use of the Space. The user shall keep the premises made available and the communal areas in good condition and use them with due diligence. He/she will not carry out any noisy activities there, nor will he/she engage in any activities which are likely to cause a nuisance to the other users of the building or to harm the reputation of the building in any way. The user will not be able to make any changes to the premises without the prior written consent of OFFIS. The user may only advertise in and around the building in the places, in the manner and under the conditions determined by OFFIS. It is forbidden to keep or bring dogs or other pets.
Use of the Space. I desire to use the Space, and any equipment and facilities at the Space. I understand that my use of the Space is voluntary and it is my responsibility to take proper precautions to minimize the risk of injury to myself and others.
Use of the Space. The Phase Two space may only be used for general office purposes and all legal uses ancillary thereto that are in compliance with this Agreement and the Initial Invoice and any subsequent Current Invoice or other written notices from us.
Use of the Space. Permittee may use the Space identified in Item No. 7, in its “as-is” condition, for the parking of aircraft owned or leased by Permittee. Permittee’s right to the Space is only for this purpose, is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Permit, and is not transferable except as set out in paragraph Q.
Use of the Space. The use of the material is free. The list of available material is available at our website xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xx/zaal-huren/ The Meet & Greet space has a permanent layout. Shifting tables is not allowed so as not to damage the floor.
Use of the Space. The Resident(s) needs to use the space only for residential purposes. The Resident(s) cannot build improvements on the space or put a different mobile on the space unless the SVE management first agrees in writing. Resident(s) will not allow the land or improvements to become subject to any mechanics, laborers’ or material mans’ liens.
Use of the Space. The membership form will identify the space that will be initially allocated for your use. You will have an exclusive right to the rooms/ dedicated desk allocated to you and a non-exclusive right to use all other common services within the office space. Where the space is a hot desk, this can only be used by one individual, and cannot be shared amongst multiple individuals. To ensure the efficient running of the center, if the necessity arises the provider may need to allocate a different space to you, but it will be of reasonably equivalent size and the provider will notify you with respect to such different space in advance.
Use of the Space. Partner is entering into this Agreement to acquire workspace for four (4) staff members to provide assistance for potential enrollment at Partner for eligible individuals. Partner shall cause its business and the use of the office and cubicles to be conducted and operated in such manner as to assure that such operation in and about the office and cubicles is in compliance with any and all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of the federal, state and local government and their respective agencies. The office and cubicles shall be used by Partner solely for the purpose of providing services in support of the SFWIB’s goals, which include, but are not limited to provide assistance for potential enrollment at Partner for eligible individuals. Partner agrees that no change in the use of the office and cubicles is permitted without the prior express written permission of the SFWIB. Upon failure of Partner to use the office and cubicles in accordance with the approved use, as herein stated above, this Agreement shall automatically terminate and become null and void, and any and all improvements on or to the Office shall become property of the SFWIB.
Use of the Space. Each Permittee on a permit must fly the permittee’s aircraft listed on the permit at least once from the permit space in each of any three months during each calendar year, using the tie down space as the primary base of operations from which to fly. Each permittee must also fly at least one-third of the listed aircraft’s total flights to and from the space. Flights by co-owner pilots may not constitute more than two-thirds of the aircraft’s total flights to and from the space. For a float permit, only a flight in the listed aircraft flown from the lake when the aircraft is float-equipped is considered toward satisfaction of the requirements for space usage. If the airport manager has reason to believe that a permittee is not in compliance with the applicable requirements of 17 AAC 42.500 – 17 AAC 42.599, the manager may require the permittee to submit, to the manager, written verification or documentation the manager considers appropriate to establish that the permittee is in compliance with the applicable requirements of 17 AAC 42.500 – 17 AAC 42.599. The Permittee may only use the tie down space (Space) on the Airport for the parking of aircraft owned or leased by the Permittee. The Permittee's rights to the tie down space are only for this purpose, are not transferable, or assignable, and are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this permit and 17 AAC 42.500-599. A Permittee may not park more than one aircraft on a wheel or ice space at the same time. The Airport Director will assess an additional charge if more than one aircraft is authorized under a permit to be parked at a float space at the same time.
