License to Elastic. By submitting Content to Elastic, MSP hereby grants Elastic a sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non- exclusive right to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of enabling Elastic to provide MSP with the applicable Cloud Service and Support Services. If MSP wishes to delete Content from MSP’s Account, Elastic will use reasonable efforts to remove it, but MSP acknowledges that backups, caching or references to the Content may not be made immediately unavailable.
