Overuse. If Customer’s use of a Cloud Service materially degrades the performance of such Cloud Service for other customers, rate limiting controls may result in the temporary reduction or a pause in the responsiveness of a Cloud Service. Furthermore, Customer shall contact Elastic if Customer desires to assess performance by benchmarking for more than five minutes.
Overuse. If MSP’s use of a Cloud Service materially degrades the performance of such Cloud Service for other customers, rate limiting controls may result in the temporary reduction or a pause in the responsiveness of such Cloud Service. Furthermore, MSP shall contact Elastic if MSP desires to assess performance by benchmarking for more than five minutes.
Overuse. SAP shall have the right to suspend Customer’s access to the Cloud Service if Customer is over- consuming the amount of Usage Metric stated in the Order Form by more than 20%, until Customer subscribes to Usage Metrics in an additional Order Form sufficient to cover such excess use./ Kelebihan Penggunaan. Overuse. Personal holidays and/or vacation days taken by a terminating employee in excess of the appropriate number of pro-rated available days shall be repaid by the proper amount being withheld from the employee's check or accepting a certified check from the employee covering the overpayment.

If the products of the user make use of 10% more than the agreed storage capacity, over a period of one month, Mamut may notify the customer to such effect, and order the customer to either remove data or upgrade to a service level offering more storage capacity. If the customer fails to comply with such order within 10 days of Xxxxx having given notice about the matter, Xxxxx may upgrade the service of the user to match the disc space utilised by the customer, without the user having consented thereto. Mamut reserves the right to close down the web pages of the user.
Overuse. Fees which are payable in advance for volume or capacity usage Subscriptions (e.g., number of accounts, credits, endpoints, devices, points, seats, terabytes of data, tokens, users, workloads, etc.) must be reconciled with your actual usage at the end of each month or quarter for any volume or capacity-based Subscriptions. Palo Alto Networks (or, where applicable, the relevant Palo Alto Networks Affiliate) reserves the right to perform true-up reconciliation and charge (via the applicable Palo Alto Networks Affiliate or your authorized reseller or cloud marketplace) for any such usage above the volume or capacity purchased. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, this calculation will be based on the Palo Alto Networks’ then current price list. You will issue a non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-returnable purchase order for such overuse within ten (10) days from the occurrence of such overuse and pay as invoiced. If payment is not received in a timely fashion for such overuse, Palo Alto Networks shall terminate or suspend your use of such Subscriptions in accordance with Section 5.b., below.
Overuse. (1) Any shared hosting account using 20% or more of the server of 1 CPU core for excess of 300 seconds and/or 10% or more RAM can be immediately suspended or terminated. Any other account type using excessive server CPU or memory, the definition of which is at Aspire Web’s sole discretion, can be suspended or terminated. In the case of VPS accounts, the threshold for "excessive" use will always be above any RAM and/or CPU allocations guaranteed under the respective VPS service plans. Excessive CPU/memory use restrictions do not apply to dedicated servers.
Overuse. Customer shall monitor its use of the Service. Customer shall report to CGT any actual use in excess of the Services metrics specified in the Sales Order or the Vendor Service Agreement. CGT shall be permitted to forward such information to Vendor. Based on such information, CGT will calculate the amount of fees payable under the respective Sales Order(s). Customer agrees to execute an addendum and pay all requisite fees in accordance with this Agreement and the Vendor Services Agreement to reflect any excess. Such fees shall accrue from the date the excess use began.
Overuse. 16.1 Phanes Cloud is entitled to charge overuse (in the case of more usage than the maximum allowed, agreed via order) monthly.
