Licensee shall be familiar with, and comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures, including, but not limited to anti-discrimination laws and restrictions against the giving or accepting a fee, or other things of value, for the referral of business to title companies, escrow companies, home inspection companies, pest control companies and other settlement service providers pursuant to the state in which they are licensed in & the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Acts (RESPA).
