Licensed Services Commencement Date. The Supplier shall begin delivery of Licensed Services on the date requested by DMAS and agreed to by the Supplier in the Contract documents. DMAS may delay the Licensed Services commencement date by notifying the Supplier at least ten (10) days before the scheduled Licensed Services commencement date.
