Because the software facilitates collection, analysis, and reporting from an exceptionally large volume of data, invalid data can be inadvertently included and mathematical and statistical errors can occur as a result of improper use of the software. For this reason, the Licensee assumes sole responsible for the content of property appraisals and analyses prepared with the Software, and all data reports, graphs, and statistics produced using the software should be carefully reviewed.
