Licenses; Rules and Regulations. Licensee shall be responsible to obtain any necessary licenses, approvals and/or requirements from Sarasota County and/or the City of Sarasota which may be necessary for Licensee’s event(s), including any necessary applications with Sarasota County and/or the City of Sarasota Parks & Recreation Department. It is further agreed by Licensee that the Licensee will abide by all rules and regulations promulgated by the Licensor and/or BOLP in regard to the use of the Property.
