Common use of Licensing Fees Clause in Contracts

Licensing Fees. In partial consideration of the rights and license granted by Licensors to Licensee hereunder, Licensee agrees to make the following payment to Inserm Transfert, acting on behalf of the Licensors: • Upfront License Fee: ten thousand (10,000.00 €) upon execution of this Agreement; • The payment actually made by Licensee in accordance with this Article 7.2 is non-refundable and non-creditable against royalty payments hereunder.
