After Hours Work. After-hours work is work of any type carried out outside the ordinary daytime working period and also on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as all public holidays listed in Section 2.3.1, up to 171.15 hours (162.5 hours in the case of office workers) each month.

After Hours Work. The Board reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine when and if after school and weekend activities require additional custodial services; and if so, whether such services shall be provided by means of scheduling extra help or scheduling regular custodians to work overtime. If regular custodians are not used, and an area is not properly cleaned after weekend use, the Facilities Supervisor will approve one additional hour of work at the overtime rate for the day custodian at that building on the next school day. This overtime work will be done by the day custodian in that building, and will not be subject to the assignment provisions of Section 6.5a.

For specified locations marked as “Platinum Premier” within the Exhibit “A”, for overtime calls involving one mechanic, Contractor will include our services at no additional cost.
After Hours Work. All work performed by or on behalf of Tenant under this Lease (whether constituting part of Tenant’s Work (if any), Alterations, or Tenant’s Systems) shall be performed during Normal Business Hours; provided, however, that Landlord reserves the right to require that any work which may potentially disturb other tenants in the Building, or conflict with the performance of any work being performed by Landlord in the Building, be performed outside of Normal Business Hours. If Tenant desires to perform any work outside of Normal Business Hours (such work, “After-Hours Work”). Tenant acknowledges and agrees that (1) such After-Hours Work shall be coordinated with Landlord and subject to Landlord supervision, and (2) Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, within thirty (30) days after demand therefor, for the reasonable costs associated with Landlord’s supervisory personnel overseeing the After-Hours Work to the extent such costs are incurred.
After Hours Work. If an employee is required to work a night shift, the employee will receive an allowance of 10% of their regular straight time hourly rate for each hour worked on the night shift. The night shift is defined as a work shift that begins between the hours of 7:00pm and 12:00 midnight.
