Common use of Licensing Fees Clause in Contracts

Licensing Fees. In partial consideration of the rights and license granted by Inserm Transfert to Licensee hereunder, Licensee agrees to make the following payments to Inserm Transfert: • Upfront License Fee: forty thousand Euros (€40,000) upon execution of this Agreement; The payment actually made by Licensee in accordance with this Article 4.2 is non-refundable and non-creditable against royalty payments hereunder.
