Common use of Licensor-Furnished Property Clause in Contracts

Licensor-Furnished Property. (1) The Licensor shall provide the property described in Exhibit B to this Agreement. Delivery of this property is completed when it is made available in the space designated for the Licensee’s use in his operation of the cafeteria. The Licensee shall acknowledge in writing to the Licensing Officer receipt of the Licensor-owned equipment listed in Exhibit B.
