Common use of LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION. 25.1 The Employer will continue its current practices related to licensure, certification, and required continuing education. 25.2 Employees will notify their appointing authority or designee if their work-related license (including a driver’s license for employees who are required to hold a valid driver’s license) and/or certification has expired, or has been restricted, revoked or suspended within twenty-four (24) hours of expiration, restriction, revocation or suspension, or prior to their next scheduled shift, whichever occurs first.
