Common use of Lien Searches Clause in Contracts

Lien Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent lien search in each of the jurisdictions where assets of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries are located, and such search shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary except for liens not prohibited by this Agreement or Liens discharged on or prior to the Closing Date or with respect to which are to be discharged pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a recent such lien search searches as it may request in each of the jurisdictions where assets of relevant jurisdiction with respect to Holdings, the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries are locatedSubsidiaries, and such search searches shall reveal no liens on any of the assets of Holdings, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries or any Restricted Subsidiary other Collateral, except for Permitted Liens or liens not prohibited by this Agreement or Liens to be discharged on or prior to the Closing Date or with respect to which are to be discharged pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
