Common use of Lien Searches Clause in Contracts

Lien Searches. The results of UCC, Tax lien and judgment lien searches showing all financing statements and other documents or instruments on file against Borrower and each other Loan Party in the appropriate filing offices, such search to be as of a date no more than thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date, and reflecting no Liens against any of the intended Collateral other than Liens being released or assigned to Administrative Agent on or prior to the Closing Date and Permitted Liens;

Lien Searches. The results of UCC, Tax tax lien and judgment lien searches showing all financing statements and other documents or instruments on file against Borrower and each other Loan Obligated Party in the appropriate filing offices, such search to be as of a date no more than thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Datedate of the initial Credit Extension, and reflecting no Liens against any of the intended Collateral other than Liens being released or assigned to Administrative Agent on or prior to concurrently with the Closing Date and Permitted Liensinitial Credit Extension;
