Liens on Aircraft. On the Delivery Date for a Designated Aircraft, the Lessor will have good title to such Aircraft free and clear of all Liens, except the Lien of the Mortgage. On the Delivery Date for a Designated Aircraft, such Aircraft (A) shall have a valid export certificate of airworthiness issued by the French Direction générale de l’aviation civile, (B) will have been insured by the Lessee in accordance with the terms of the Mortgage, will have suffered no Event of Loss and will be in the condition and state of repair required under the terms of the Mortgage and (C) will have the necessary instruments filed with the FAA in order to duly register such Aircraft in the name of the Lessee under the Federal Aviation Act.

At such time, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent agree to take such actions as are reasonably requested by the Borrower at the Borrower’s expense to evidence and effectuate such termination and release of the guarantees, Liens and security interests created by the Loan Documents.
