Common use of Life Insurance and Disability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Life Insurance and Disability Insurance. During the Employment Period, the Employer shall provide Executive with life insurance policies and coverage and comprehensive disability insurance coverage of the same type and at the same levels in effect with respect to other senior executive officers of the Employer.

Life Insurance and Disability Insurance. During the Employment Period, the Employer Company shall provide Executive with life insurance policies and coverage and comprehensive disability insurance coverage pursuant to plans maintained by the Company from time to time for the benefit of the same type and at the same levels in effect with respect to other senior executive officers of the EmployerCompany and their families, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in such plans.
