Life Insurance - Conversion Privilege. During the thirty-one day period after a person ceases to be a member, he may, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the Company and the insurance carrier, change his group life insurance to an individual policy without a medical examination, provided that the amount convertible under this clause shall be reduced by the face value of any insurance to which the person is entitled pursuant to Article 3.04.
