Common use of Life Premiums Clause in Contracts

Life Premiums. Until further notice, the reinsurance premiums based on the applicable reinsurance amount at risk as described in Article 4, shall be at the rates described in Articles 5.2. and 5.3. OPTIMUM RE reserves the right to review and modify these reinsurance premiums.
