Termination Payment The final payment delivered to the Certificateholders on the Termination Date pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 9.01(b).
Consideration Payment 5.1 In consideration of the Company’s Services, the Client shall pay to the Company the Consideration to be stipulated in the Termsheet and all reasonable out of pocket expenses (if any) in accordance with the commercial terms and payment terms as detailed in the Separate Agreement.
Termination Payments In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment during the Employment Period, all compensation and benefits set forth in this Agreement shall terminate except as specifically provided in this Section 8.
Agreement Amount The Grantee acknowledges and agrees that, notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the maximum amount payable by the City under this Agreement for the initial ## month term shall not exceed the amount approved by City Council, which is $ (dollar amount), and $ (dollar amount) per ## month extension option, for a total Agreement amount of $ . Termination Pay Effective upon the termination of this Agreement, the Employer will be obligated to pay the Executive (or, in the event of his death, his designated beneficiary as defined below) only such compensation as is provided in this Section 6.5, and in lieu of all other amounts and in settlement and complete release of all claims the Executive may have against the Employer. For purposes of this Section 6.5, the Executive's designated beneficiary will be such individual beneficiary or trust, located at such address, as the Executive may designate by notice to the Employer from time to time or, if the Executive fails to give notice to the Employer of such a beneficiary, the Executive's estate. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, the Employer will have no duty, in any circumstances, to attempt to open an estate on behalf of the Executive, to determine whether any beneficiary designated by the Executive is alive or to ascertain the address of any such beneficiary, to determine the existence of any trust, to determine whether any person or entity purporting to act as the Executive's personal representative (or the trustee of a trust established by the Executive) is duly authorized to act in that capacity, or to locate or attempt to locate any beneficiary, personal representative, or trustee.
Payment Amount Payment for the Services shall be as follows: (choose one) ☐ - $______________________ for the Services (“Payment”). ☐ - At an hourly rate of $____ per hour (“Payment”). ☐ - Other. ______________________________________________ (“Payment”) If the Subcontractor asserts a claim which involves, in whole or in part, acts or omissions which are the responsibility of the Client or another person for whom a claim may be submitted, including but not limited to, claims for failure to pay, an extension of time, impacts, delay damages, or extra work, the Contractor shall present the Subcontractor's claim to the Client or other responsible party provided the Subcontractor presents to Contractor competent supporting evidence and in sufficient time for the Contractor to do so. The Subcontractor shall cooperate fully with the Contractor in any and all steps the Contractor takes in connection with prosecuting such a claim and shall hold harmless and reimburse the Contractor for all expenses, including legal expenses, incurred by the Contractor which arise out of the Contractor's submission of the Subcontractor's claims to the Client or other responsible party(ies). The Subcontractor shall be bound by any adjudication or award in any action or proceeding resolving such a claim.
Payment of Termination Payment The Defaulting Party shall make the Termination Payment within ten (10) Business Days after such notice is effective, regardless whether the Termination Payment calculation is disputed. If the Defaulting Party disputes the Non-Defaulting Party’s calculation of the Termination Payment, in whole or in part, the Defaulting Party shall within ten

Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.
Retirement Payment Employees with 25 or more total years of service in the program, who give two months’ notice of intent to retire, shall be provided the equivalent of 16% of annual salary, or $16,000, whichever is greater, at date of termination. The payment shall not exceed $20,000.
