Common use of Lifesaver Clause in Contracts

Lifesaver. If an individual (who is not an Insured Person or a member of the emergency services) sustains Bodily Injury whilst trying to save the life of an Insured Person that results in the death of that person, Chubb will pay, at the request of the Group Policyholder, the Benefit Amount stated in the Schedule of Benefits to this individual’s legal representatives.
