LIGHT OR MODIFIED DUTY ASSIGNMENT. The State and the Union recognize the benefit of helping employees return to work after an injury as quickly as possible. LMCs will be formed to evaluate light duty assignment procedures and make recommendations regarding the expansion of the current Managed Return- to-Work Program in each agency where the Managed Return-to-Work Program has not yet been implemented.
