Fires No open fires are permitted anywhere within the Park except in barbeque grills. These fires must be totally extinguished when not personally attended. Fire extinguishers are required in each mobile home and shall be of a size and capacity approved by the Manager.
Smoke Detectors At Owner's expense, smoke detectors will be installed on the Property in working condition in accordance with the law prior to the tenant's occupancy. During the occupancy, it shall be the tenant's responsibility to maintain all smoke detectors. Owner will replace smoke detector equipment as needed.
Sabotage Sabotage is of concern to all Parties involved on any work site and may affect safety, and therefore both the physical and mental well being of all persons on site. The Parties to this Agreement will not tolerate sabotage, and will ensure that any person/s responsible for such action is immediately dismissed. It is accepted that the relevant authorities may have to be notified, and provisions of the OH&S Act implemented.

Windstorm Or Hail This peril includes loss to watercraft of all types and their trailers, furnishings, equipment, and outboard engines or motors, only while inside a fully enclosed building. This peril does not include loss to the property contained in a building caused by rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust unless the direct force of wind or hail damages the building causing an opening in a roof or wall and the rain, snow, sleet, sand or dust enters through this opening.
