Limit on Use. Licensee shall not at any time use, promote, advertise, display or otherwise publish any Trademark or any material utilizing or reproducing any Trademark in whole or in part, except as specifically provided in this Agreement, without the prior written consent of Licensor, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Limit on Use. Renter agrees to the following limits on use: Renter will use the Rental only for personal or routine business use; Vehicle should not be driven on an unpaved road or off-road. Rental shall not be driven by any other person other than the Renter without the written consent of It's Your Move. Rental shall not be driven by any person impaired by the use of alcohol, narcotics, intoxicants, or drugs, used with or without a prescription. Rental shall not be driven or taken outside the province authorized on the Rental Application or at any time outside of Canada. Rental shall not be loaded in excess of Vehicle's Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) which is, weight of vehicle plus weight of load, as indicated on Vehicle, or with an improperly or unevenly divided load as per Vehicle manufacturer's guidelines. Rental shall not be operated by anyone: who has given a fictitious name, false address, driver's license: whose driver's license becomes invalid during the Rental Period. Rental shall not be used for transporting persons for hire. Rental shall not be used to transport explosives, chemicals, corrosives or other hazardous materials or pollutants of any kind or nature. Renter agrees to return Rental on or before the return date in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. In the event of any violation of the limits on use or any other provision of this Agreement, It's Your Move automatically, without any further notice to Renter or additional driver(s), terminates their right to use Rental and It's Your Move retains any other rights and remedies provided by law. It's Your Move has the right to seize the Rental without legal process or notice to Renter or additional driver(s), Renter and any additional driver(s) hereby waive all claims for damages connected with such seizure, including loss or damage to contents, and shall pay all expenses incurred in returning Rental. Limit on Use. This Agreement allows dockage for the above described boat at the City of Burlington’s Marina located on the Lake Champlain waterfront (the Marina). No person shall tie up to any slip, bulkhead or mooring at the Marina without executing a lease agreement, providing a valid boat registration and making payment in full. By doing so, the boat owner(s) acquire a boat or mooring permit by receiving a completed and approved contract. Docking and mooring permits are not transferable and the City reserves the right to use reserved accommodations during temporary vacancies by the slip holder. Boat Owner agrees to give the City prior notice regarding any departures and return dates, when the length of vacancy is for 24 hours or longer. No private sub-leasing of slips or moorings, or transfer of ownership of boats between slips or moorings, are allowed at the Marina. Slip owner(s) must be the primary user(s) of the vessel. Boat owner(s) in violation are subject to the permanent loss of slip or mooring. The valid boat registration must match the boat owner and slip/mooring renter. The person(s) on this agreement must have been the primary occupant on our waitlist.
