Common use of Limitation of Operations Clause in Contracts

The Contractor will abide by all rules, laws, ordinances and statutes of the Federal Government as well as that of the State and County having jurisdiction pertaining to the handling, storage and application of herbicides. The Contractor at his/her expense will replace plants, grass and trees damaged by the improper use of herbicides. Replacement will be of the same size and type of those damaged.
