Limitation on Compensation With 14-Days’ Advance Notice. When the employer changes the hours of work for a block of consecutive scheduled work days after the posting of the 28-day schedule for reasons other than training or a voluntary change, the change of shift compensation shall be payable only for the first day of the block of consecutive work days provided the employer gives the employee written notice of the change not less than 14 days in advance.
