Limitation on Landlord’s Liability. Except as specifically provided in this Article 16.00, there shall be no reduction of Rent and Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant by reason of any injury to or interference with Tenant's business or property arising from fire or other casualty, howsoever caused or from the making of any repairs resulting therefrom in or to any portion of the Building or the Premises. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Rent payable by Tenant hereunder shall not be abated if the damage is caused by any act or omission of Tenant, its agents, servants, employees or any other person entering upon the Premises under express or implied invitation of Tenant.

Notwithstanding anything contained hereinin this Article 16.00, Rent payable by Tenant hereunder shall not be abated if the damage is caused by any act or omission of Tenant, its agents, servants, employees or any other person entering upon the Premises under express or implied invitation of Tenant.
