Limitation on Tenure Awards. Even though a faculty member may be otherwise eligible, tenure shall not be awarded to any faculty member who has made application in any of the following instances: 1. when the faculty member has been formally disciplined for adequate cause; and 2. when the faculty member has not served full-time at Montana State University – Northern for the two (2) preceding academic years.
