Limitation on Use of Funds. Local Governments shall expend Opioid Settlement Funds only for opioid-related expenditures consistent with the terms of this MOA and incurred after the date of the Local Government’s execution of this MOA, unless execution of the National Settlement Agreement requires a later date.
