Limitation or Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions. You may make any number of transactions between Your accounts or from Your accounts as long as You stay within Your available balance of collected funds and You observe the limitations on dollar amounts of transactions. For security reasons, You may be limited to the number of transactions You can make on a given day, whether or not You have withdrawn Your maximum dollar amount. Transfers from a Share Savings Account or Share Draft Account that may or may not have Overdraft access, to another account or to a third party by pre-authorized, authorized, or telephone transfer are limited to six (6) per month as explained in Your Membership Agreement with Us, the terms of which are incorporated by reference.   • Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions We impose certain limitations on the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. Detailed at the end of this Agreement is a table of limitations that apply to the Card. For security reasons, we may further limit the number or dollar amount of transactions you can make with your Card. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without prior notice to you.

  • Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amount I understand and agree that I cannot exceed the limitations on frequency and dollar amounts of remote deposits that are set forth by you. Unacceptable Deposits. I understand and agree that I am not permitted to deposit the following items using the Services:

  • Allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the amount, if any, of the Tranche Write- down Amount for that Payment Date will be allocated, first, to reduce any Overcollateralization Amount for such Payment Date, until such Overcollateralization Amount is reduced to zero, and, second, to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date will be allocated to increase the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority until the cumulative Tranche Write-up Amounts allocated to each such Class of Reference Tranche is equal to the cumulative Tranche Write-down Amounts previously allocated to such Class of Reference Tranche on or prior to such Payment Date:

  • Termination of Agreement for Unavailability of Authority or Federal Funds It is the intent and understanding of the Parties that this Agreement is contingent upon the availability of Authority or Federal funds or the receipt by the Authority of Federal funds. If Authority funds or Federal funds approved or obligated by the Authority in connection with this Agreement are at any time rendered unavailable, the Authority shall then have the right to terminate this Agreement by the giving of a written notice, the basis, and the effective date of the termination to the Contractor. Should this Agreement be terminated by reason of the unavailability of Authority or Federal funds for the purposes of this Agreement, all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, reports, and other materials prepared by the Contractor under this Agreement prior to the effective date of the termination shall be delivered in a format specified by the Authority. In the event of termination under this section for lack of Authority or Federal funds, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment for Products and Services incurred under this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination.

  • Exclusion of applications on preliminary points of law Any recourse to any Court for the determination of a preliminary point of law arising in the course of the arbitration proceedings is excluded.

  • Types of Transactions Purchases You may make purchases of goods and services with your account. You may make such purchases up to the amount of your available credit limit.

  • How Are Contributions to a Xxxx XXX Reported for Federal Tax Purposes You must file Form 5329 with the IRS to report and remit any penalties or excise taxes. In addition, certain contribution and distribution information must be reported to the IRS on Form 8606 (as an attachment to your federal income tax return.)

  • Other Types of Traffic 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.
