Limitations on Service Provider’s Authority. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, without the prior written consent of the Owner Group, Service Provider shall not take any action set forth on Exhibit B. The Owner Group may at any time amend Exhibit B by providing written notice to Service Provider, which notice shall include an amended Exhibit B reflecting such amendment. Any such amendment shall be effective upon Service Provider’s receipt of such written notice.
