Limitations on Suspension. If Xxxxxxx suspends Customer’s or Authorized User’s access to the Service under Section 12.3 (Temporary Suspension), then: (A) Everlaw will provide Customer notice of the cause for suspension without undue delay, to the extent legally permitted; and (B) the suspension will be to the minimum extent and for the shortest duration required to resolve the cause for suspension.
Limitations on Suspension. If Snowdrop Suspends Services under clause 15 (Temporary Suspension) then (a) Snowdrop will provide Customer notice of the cause for Suspension without undue delay, to the extent legally permitted, and (b) the Suspension will be to the minimum extent and for the shortest duration required to resolve the cause for Suspension.
